Strength & Balance for Life

Free Fitness Class

A free fitness class for the community with a focus on persons facing chronic illness, including Parkinson's Disease, MS, Fibromyalgia and Arthritis. The class focuses on stretching, strengthening and balance, which will improve mobility and help individuals accomplish daily tasks with greater ease.

This class can assist to improve the quality of life and the opportunity to socialize with friends.

When: Every Thursday at 10:15 a.m.

Where: Bennington Project Independence, the Dr. Richard A. Sleeman Center,

The Instructors:

Tracy Purdy-Martin, ADS, Certified Personal Trainer and Debra Peters, LPN.

Tracy has been teaching senior fitness for 21 years. Deb has had 10 years experience working with those with chronic illness.
